Due to the long hours that I have spent at the desk, I was suffering from severe neck pain. One day, I saw the CozyRest pillow and lastly had an idea to buy it. It's been three weeks since I bought it and I don't feel the need to replace my old one. My sleep has become deeper and I have not had any more waking up sore.

Bought this for my wife, but I’ve been using it too. It’s great for side sleeping and keeps my knees and back supported. The material is breathable, so I don’t overheat. It’s like a big, comfy hug all night.

I’ve been dealing with neck pain forever, and this cozyRest pillow is like magic. It molds perfectly to my neck, and I’m sleeping way better now. The cooling tech keeps it fresh all night. Honestly, my mornings feel so much brighter!

Recieved the neck pillow and it looked a bit smaller than how it was advertised with the animation on the website. Tried it out but it was terribly uncomfortable and of poor quality. Return policy is basically non possible as you have to return to China. So wasted money.

Pillows never delivered. Replied to the email address provided explaining numerous times. No reply & no refund provided. Stay away. They are a scam company just taking money & not delivering a product. I will be reporting this company. And now they’ve blocked me on social media & removed my review on their website. Scammers

Do not buy from this company. They hide the fact that they are in China. So their 90 day return policy is a joke because who can afford the return to China? It will cost more than the pillow. The pillow is very cheaply made and too shallow to support my head. I could see this right away which is why I contacted the company to return immediately upon receipt. That was when I found out that I would have to return to China even though they list New Mexico as their contact on their website. Very misleading. They are scammers. This is how they make their money, by misleading customers in the US.

First of all, they aren’t collaborative in their customer service. They send the same messages over and over again - you can tell it’s just copy and paste. Second of all, they don’t allow you to cancel your order - even though they haven’t send the package yet. So you are basically stuck. And lastly, if you want to return the package, it has to be send to China, and it’s going to cost more to return it than the actual product you bought. Completely ridiculous.

I ordered pillows on May 2 and they still haven't been delivered. I have emailed customer service many times and they are not helpful. This website is a scam. Do not give them your credit card info. I am reporting them to the FTC and the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

The Pillow Home never sent the pillow. It has now been 5 weeks. I contacted them multiple times and was told they would contact the logistics department. Then I never heard back. Yesterday I asked them to cancel the order and received a response that they couldn't do that... so I called credit card company to dispute the charge. It's a shame because they already received the money for the pillow that was never shipped. SCAM

I asked for some of the silk pillows for my birthday and a month later, my sister-in-law is still waiting for them to arrive. She has contacted them with no response and have had to admit defeat on this crafty business. Do not buy from them!!! UPDATE >> the pillows arrived over a month after purchasing, however there is nothing silk about them... if you want 100% satin, feel free to buy from this scam company.

This is a terrible company, will never order from them again. I ordered some silk pillowcases as a present for my sister in law 3 weeks ago and I’ve been emailing back and forth and have still yet to receive them. I get the same message from them that they’re ’following up with the shipping agent’ and they never do. I’ve asked for a refund and they haven’t given me one. It is a con. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. UPDATE: The silk pillowcases arrived, if you're willing to wait over a month with minimal information as to where your order is then go for it but I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered and paid for the CozyRest Memory Foam Neck Pillow from The Pillow Home and immediately regretted it and tried repeatedly to cancel the order. But all my fears were correct and cancellation was impossible. So they had my money and a badly made pillow duly arrived and of course it is ridiculously expensive to return to China, if it gets through customs and doubtful if I would get my money back.THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH - STAY AWAY

Buyer beware. Shipped from China direct to customer. No tracking info five days post order. Charged for three pillows, bought two. Company has yet to refund third charge on my Discover card. So far three charges and no pillows and no tracking. Please be careful as this is a high pressure, no service company. NEW UPDATE I have invoice showing two charges. Discover card has verified three charges from this company. I have verified this twice with discover and they are ready to start a dispute. I have emailed the customer people twice and they insist only two charges. I have invoice and discover posts to show three charges. They are not Responsive except for the invoice showing two charges. June 6 no pillows! It is now June 5 and part of my May 30 order has just left China and three charges are still on my Discover card and their invoice insists I’ve only been charged for two. So no pillows and a third charge even though I have notified them four times. Please be careful. New edit..response is boiler plate nonsense. I have NOT received the product as of today June 6, 2025.. Your billing is in error! No product received! NONE! UPDATE JUNE 12:NO PILLOWS NO CORRECTED CHARGE June 16 NO action no pillows disgusting company as said five days ago, pillow here in two days. Really horrible company. UPDATE 6/25. Received second pillow today. Two pillows, but charged for three. Be careful!
