False advertising about returns
Item was not for me so initiated return. Was given address to return to along with proof of postage and tracking number. Paid almost $50 for tracked postage to an address in China. Have heard nothing back from them despite numerous emails, and submitting enquiries via the website. Tracking shows item has been sitting in customs in China for a month! Tried to go to Victorian consumer affairs but as they have no Australia based store or business number they can’t do anything. Have lodged details on econsumer.gov but I do not think I will ever see my refund. Out of pocket over $200
