HORRIBLE
I have returned the pillow per their instructions, paying over 40 euros out of pocket, and after FOUR WEEKS have not heard a thing from them. They acted so concerned when I gave an initial negative review, replied to my review asking that I get in touch with them using the same method I had already used, and now that I have returned the pillow, sending them via email a copy of the return label plus the tracking number, there has been nothing but silence from them. This continued experience just reiterates what horrible customer service they have and what a horrible company they are. EDITED TO SAY--This is the SAME standard reply they give to every bad review, the same reply they gave my first bad review, and they are just as unresponsive if you try to engage them in their supposed concern. UPDATE 20/6 they have refunded the 69.99 pillow cost. Return shipping cost 40€, so, 30 euros are recovered.
