BUYER BEWARE!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! The order/check out process was worst experience ever with all these pop ups causing confusion. When I realized I ordered 2 vs 1 pillow it would not allow me to delete the extra pillow. I exited out and re-ordered not realizing my first order went thru but I dont recall hitting a final order button. This company has a New Mexico address. They are not in New Mexico. Their Cust Svc is in Germany and the pillows ship from China. I could not call as I do not have international phone service. This order was placed on Sat May 17. I immediately emailed their Cust Svc which never responded until Thursday. Sorry, too late, order shipped. I now have pillows I do not need all because of their rotten, deceitful service. Too ship them back is very costly with no guarantee. The post office advised me of the problems that could arise and I can be out my shipping costs. I spent a lot of money I did not have to spend and it sickens me. Never order from these people. You have a problem, good luck! The post office has heard it all from these companies. Yup, a New Mexican address to make you believe it’s American made. Do not buy from these people
