I was skeptical, but after trying so many pillows, this one finally gave me relief from tech neck.

Do not buy anything from here. Waited a month for a delivery and then they delivered to the wrong address. The photo which “proves” they delivered it, is clearly NOT my home. They are not responding with any help. Just saying that it’s been delivered. They don’t seem to care or take any responsibility for it being delivered to the wrong address. Buyer beware!!

I sleep on my back and side, and this pillow supports both positions perfectly.

I have just been using this pillow for a few days, and I can see the results. I did not have a stiff neck in the morning, and it was indeed a feel-good factor for me.

The pillow is very soft and offers excellent support for my neck. During the first two days, it was pretty difficult to get used to the new pillow, but now I think it's awesome.

Absolute scam. Half of my order is missing. The product is not anywhere close to being what is advertised. Unavailable phone number.. stay away from this company.

Absolutely disgraceful product and service Do NOT waste your money. The pillow I received was nothing like advertised — cheap, flimsy, and completely useless. Their product is a scam and the quality is shocking. To make things worse, they refuse to cover return shipping to CHINA despite blatantly false advertising. I was told I have to pay out of my own pocket to send it back overseas if I want a refund. Disgusting treatment of customers and total lack of accountability. I’m reporting them to my bank and consumer protection authorities. Avoid at all costs — this company is dishonest and their products are a complete rip-off.

This wedge pillow has made movie nights in bed so much better. It props me up just right, so my back doesn’t hurt after a long session. The memory foam is super comfy, and the breathable cover keeps it fresh. I’m obsessed!

Ik had een wedge pillow hier besteld voor mijn tienerdochter om lekker te kunnen lezen in bed ivm met spijlen, waar je niet lekker tegenaan zit. Nadat er enige tijd verstreken was weer even naar de recensies op Trustpilot gekeken en die waren niet al te best, dus nadat er een maand verstreken was, ging ik er vanuit dat het weggegooid geld was. Maar vandaag, na bijna zes weken, werd het kussen ineens bezorgd. Het ziet er niet zó mooi en strak uit als op de foto's, maar mijn dochter heeft 'm onmiddellijk in gebruik genomen en ligt/zit nu heerlijk in bed te lezen. Het zit heerlijk volgens haar en ze is er heel blij mee.

The checkout process for this pillow is incredibly deceptive. After ordering one pillow, I clicked on an image of a seemingly cheaper pillow on the same page, simply to view its details, and it was automatically added to my order and charged to my card without any confirmation step. This practice of authorizing automatic transfers for items I didn't explicitly consent to purchase feels like a scam. Upon arrival, the pillow itself had an extremely strong, pervasive gasoline-like smell. It was so potent that it made the pillow unusable. The product is almost impossible to return. They provide a return address in the middle of China, requiring me to pay over €25 for return shipping from Europe. Even after incurring that cost and sending the pillow back, it was seemingly never received. I've been waiting for a refund for six months now, and it's clear I'm never going to get my money back. Avoid this company and their products at all costs. You'll likely end up with an unusable, smelly pillow, unauthorized charges, and no way to get your money back.

Not as described at all. Firstly the parcel was just left outside my house without notification or knock on the door. The foam and cushion as a whole is cheap quality, the cover is NOTHING like described, no handle, no non slip side and the was a little semi curved pillow included with no instructions as to what it's for, nor is it as deep as the dimensions stated. Not worth the money and will never buy from again.
