Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.
They gave a quote. Reviewed and approved the quote day after I sent it. Paid the next day. Very smooth interaction.

I've sold two mobile phones to Mobile Guru now on two separate occasions - and iPhone X and iPhone 12 Pro. They are so easy to deal with and efficient. You don't even need to pay for postage of the phone to them as it's reply paid! As soon as the phone arrived, they ran their diagnostics and I had an outcome very quickly, and payment processed soon after. So much better than selling old phones on Facebook marketplace and having to deal with randoms, fake enquiries and pay ID scammers! Mobile Guru is a much better option!

Iβve used this company twice and on both occasions I have been super impressed with the speed and accuracy of service. Both iPhones have been traded in top condition having hard case and screen protector applied. Condition is communicated and payment is made. I will use again if the need arises. I am writing this to share my horrible experience with mobile guru. I placed an order for iPhone 12 on 26th december,2023. I did not receive phone until mid-January 2024. I called mobile guru several times than lodged claim through PayPal and they responded me saying they will investigate and get back to me. After waiting for few days I called several times to talk to the person called "Hanna" who finally apologised and explained about delivery address issue. I put address of a LPO for collection that could not be found by a Postie. Anyways, after several efforts from my end as they never contacted me to update, I got told that they will send me phone once they received from Australia Post. I had to convince Hanna that it is not my fault that phone got lost and I need my phone sooner, so Hanna agreed to send me another phone during February via Express Post. After a week of non-receipt, I called them again and Hanna again mentioned that there was an address issue. Apparently, I called Australia Post and was told that the was sent to the address mentioned. I finally got my refund without proper apologies except generic message at the end of February 2024. I had a death in my family in January 2024.That was so hard to deal without a proper phone. After three months, I got to know I had to restart my search for a phone. You know why never go near mobile guru!!!!

I'm embarrased for Reebelo that they use these guys. Bought a "good" quality iphone 12 pro max. Phone arrived with a jaggered plastic edge that cut my finger, speaker holes were blocked with gunk and worst of all, after some light use there was screen jittering on the display like a bad TV aerial. I sent it back under a free return and requested a replacement. They instead decided to "repair" the phone - in other words: open the box, reseal the box, send it back. Phone arrived in the exact same condition as I had sent it out - Clearly no effort from these guys and I bet they charged Reebelo a repair fee. Unless you are buying Pristine condition which I'd also be concerned on what their definition of that is, I would stay away from these guys.

So a samsung s20 plus 5g with a (out of warranty), samsung warranty replacement screen ( known issue) and new battery with no rear scratches only gets a "good" rating downgraded from mint with no explanations. I won't be recommending this company to anyone

The worst possible experience. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone because they fall short of their promises. While selling, they locked in price of $1,540 for my new Samsung S24 Ultra. They stated that they would honour the $1,540 price lock for the new S24 Ultra for a period of 14 days. They attempted to take advantage of us when we dropped off at their location and continued to give us $1300 (despite the fact that the box was unopened and the phone was working properly). Even though we travelled from Canberra to Melbourne for just drop off. When the product is with them, they begin to bargain and don't provide you what they state online. They step back and make lame excuses. Donβt fall in their trap and use anyone else while selling and purchasing your phone.

Well my galaxy s22 ultra was in excellent condition until they revised it to poor condition. Saying the pixels are stuffed but the phone is only 11 months old. Don't use them they will lowball you. Never again.
