Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru
Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.
Great service
They gave a quote. Reviewed and approved the quote day after I sent it. Paid the next day. Very smooth interaction.

Great prices for doing good for the planet
Mobile Guru makes it easy to upgrade your phone. It makes it easy and very quick (phone tested and payment done within 2 days), giving me a very good price (and I looked around). Recycle your phone and get paid for knowing you are doing good for the planet too. I sold an iPhone 14 which was an unwanted gift (after already having one). Offered a very good price much better than elsewhere and the sell process was very simple.

Great experience with The Mobile Guru. It was easy to post my old phone without paying postage. Once they received it, they contacted me to advise me of the condition of my phone. The price was a little less than the quote due to some damage. But it was a quite old model so I was still happy that they could buy it. I was paid on the same day. Quick service. Thank you so much.

Had a great experience
Had a great experience. The refurbished phone I bought was cheaper than other refurbished dealers, was in excellent condition as they andvertised and I received it within 3 days. I sold my phone back and the condition was determined to be the same as what I had said so I got the money I was quoted. It was credited to me within 3 days of me accepting the quote. Cannot fault these guys and will definitely be back

Lovely experience with the team at Mobile Guru. I sent my order to trade in my iPhone 14 pro in mint condition and had Rhys check it to see if he agreed on the condition, which he did. I handed over the phone earlier today and have already received the payment. Hannah was also communicated well via email.
