GREENTHUMB DISASTER

Looked after my garden for 6 - 7 years they've eventually ruined it what a waste of money, they ruin it then try charging me to put it right😡

Cardiff east branch have been amazing Came to our new build and seeded the garden and the grass has been just amazing! Darren has been on call if we had any questions and came back to us really quickly! Quote was quick and easy and the work got done not long after. Gentleman that completed the work were lovely and good at what they do. We opt for the monthly direct debit same as family members and we are so far very happy. Cardiff east are a great team

What a fraudulent company.

What a fraudulent company.. taking money by DD and rarely showing up, no answer to calls.. just get yoru gardener to do maintenance, lot cheaper as these guys are fraudsters

Removed family cars from the drive to be told they’ve run out of weed killer!! 😡 then said I’ve not got an account, then said it was for a quote ….. terrible customer service I have got an account, I gave you the go ahead regardless of price, …. Will update ratings when/if completed.

Kyle visited today from Green Thumb very friendly and informative man Must say our lawn looked lovely during the summer but not so great at moment due to Chafer Grubs having treatment in next couple of weeks so hopefully we will see some improvement.

Haven’t shown up for 6 months and then getting chased for payment for work not carried out. It’s a complete scam. Avoid.

Bad business practice and poor…

Bad business practice and poor accounting. Would you stay in a hotel and expect a supplementary bill a month, a year, or even two years later? Of course not! This is how they work, as others have pointed out. When you cancel your contract they find extras to charge you from way back in time. When you complain they offer no recourse except to threaten debt recovery action. Best to avoid them.

Extremely disappointing…

Extremely disappointed…After booking my appointment and receiving text confirmation I thought that’s great…Then I received another text with another date that I had already informed them I wouldn’t be available…They agreed to do the original date which was already 3 weeks ahead only to call this morning to cancel…No care or consideration whatsoever from the girl who called or even an offer of another appointment, it was with an attitude of take or leave as we just cannot be bothered…Even a score of 1 is too high…

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. It is a very expensive option and if you pay by direct debit they will increase the amount without informing the customer, contrary to the banking code. Yes the weeds are less, but after 1 year he results are not worth it. If you cancel the direct debit they will want more money out of you, saying they have done more treatments than you have paid for AVOID AVOID There are better options out there.

Brought problem weeds can’t get to go away!

I bought premium grass seed from green thumb- the most e pensive stuff . I have weeds now my lawn never had and I mean never. The most invasive thick deep rooted hard to remove weeds I never ever had. These weeds have taken over the lawn and have even started spreading to my back yard. Have hand removed these weeds or at least attempted to. These won’t go away., so disappointed in this grass seed. Brought problems I never had. Don’t buy!!!!!!

Very poor.

Very poor. Having been a customer for a good number or years the level of service and response to e-mails became unacceptable. Even though we were on a pay monthly plan to include scarification and aeration we received paperwork at the beginning of the year quoting additional prices to undertake this work, when we questioned this we were assured that the work had been paid for and would be done. Come August no work done and despite numerous e-mails and contact via the national website prior to August it took over a month to reply, which wasn’t at all positive. After the many years and a considerable amount of money paid to Greenthumb our lawn looks no better than our neighbours who have saved their money. Very disappointing.
