Very poor.
Very poor. Having been a customer for a good number or years the level of service and response to e-mails became unacceptable. Even though we were on a pay monthly plan to include scarification and aeration we received paperwork at the beginning of the year quoting additional prices to undertake this work, when we questioned this we were assured that the work had been paid for and would be done. Come August no work done and despite numerous e-mails and contact via the national website prior to August it took over a month to reply, which wasn’t at all positive. After the many years and a considerable amount of money paid to Greenthumb our lawn looks no better than our neighbours who have saved their money. Very disappointing.
