GREENTHUMB DISASTER

Looked after my garden for 6 - 7 years they've eventually ruined it what a waste of money, they ruin it then try charging me to put it right😡

Cardiff east branch have been amazing Came to our new build and seeded the garden and the grass has been just amazing! Darren has been on call if we had any questions and came back to us really quickly! Quote was quick and easy and the work got done not long after. Gentleman that completed the work were lovely and good at what they do. We opt for the monthly direct debit same as family members and we are so far very happy. Cardiff east are a great team

What a fraudulent company.

What a fraudulent company.. taking money by DD and rarely showing up, no answer to calls.. just get yoru gardener to do maintenance, lot cheaper as these guys are fraudsters

Removed family cars from the drive to be told they’ve run out of weed killer!! 😡 then said I’ve not got an account, then said it was for a quote ….. terrible customer service I have got an account, I gave you the go ahead regardless of price, …. Will update ratings when/if completed.

Best looking lawn ever for mid summer

Had to change my appointment at short notice and the Epsom office could not be more helpful. James arrived exactly at the time agreed the following day. He was cheerful, knowledgable and explained everything including answering several questions regarding the treatment and aftercare. He was treating the lawn for around an hour. Since the previous treatment in the spring our lawn has looked the best ever and we will continue with the next treatment.

Appalling

Appalling - took them on for a year. Zero improvement to my lawn, they just went through the procedure No consultation they even tried to shoe horn at out of schedule treatment the week before Christmas. Very clean van - poor communication with their Employee - a year wasted for me. Money down the drain. Companies like this should be wound up

Stephen ( Vicat) ….(Swindon Branch) has been looking after my lawn now since the end of last year I think . I always look forward to his visits …his enthusiasm & personal touch are such a pleasure ! He always has the time & patience to answer all my questions & make any recommendations as he sees fit . My lawn really feels looked after by him & in the best possible hands !

Never again!!!!!!

Never again!! What a waste of money!!!! I’ve been with this company for a long time and it use to be quite a niche company and they valued you as a customer. I had a break from them 2 of years ago. Since I came back their prices have doubled. My lawn never looked as bad as it does now. Last treatment they did was February and my next one was meant to be in May but apparently they were behind due to bad weather. I had to have the next treatment on the 15.7!!!! They came the following day and £110 later they still told me I need to spend another £50 for red thread fungus. No offer of a discount to apologise for such a delay. Not even for the weed and feed because if they came when they would suppose to I wouldn’t have a weed problem. Just excuse after excuse but invoice came through my email an hour post visit!!!!! Maybe I’ll delay my payment due to bad weather!!!!! Don’t be conned with this company.NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!

Our lawn was a mess but Greenthumb came to the rescue

Our lawn was a mess but Greenthumb Suffolk East came to the rescue with their advice and treatments at a price far lower than the cost of us relaying a new lawn. Weather conditions during 2023 were difficult but the company as a whole managed to provide a professional and reliable service. We hope to continue growing the partnership into the future. We have just requested treatment for the driveway.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I had an appointment booked for the 17th July for my lawn to be surveyed, they contacted me the day before via text message to confirm the appointment only for them to cancel on the day they were due to arrive. I'm self employed and took a day off to show them around and what I was looking for so a very costly day for me. I wouldn't recommend this company at all and will be looking at a more professional alternative.

Useless Finance Department

Their finance department (Liverpool branch) are useless. Failed to take our Direct Debit payments then accused our bank of non-payment. They just hadn't requested! We wondered why we hadn't had a visit since January, despite taking our monthly DD so we rang and asked. We were told that 'suspended' had been added to our account, despite still taking payments. We have cancelled our contract. Not one apology for their mistakes. Useless.
