Looked after my garden for 6 - 7 years they've eventually ruined it what a waste of money, they ruin it then try charging me to put it right😡

Cardiff east branch have been amazing Came to our new build and seeded the garden and the grass has been just amazing! Darren has been on call if we had any questions and came back to us really quickly! Quote was quick and easy and the work got done not long after. Gentleman that completed the work were lovely and good at what they do. We opt for the monthly direct debit same as family members and we are so far very happy. Cardiff east are a great team

What a fraudulent company.

What a fraudulent company.. taking money by DD and rarely showing up, no answer to calls.. just get yoru gardener to do maintenance, lot cheaper as these guys are fraudsters

Removed family cars from the drive to be told they’ve run out of weed killer!! 😡 then said I’ve not got an account, then said it was for a quote ….. terrible customer service I have got an account, I gave you the go ahead regardless of price, …. Will update ratings when/if completed.

I would strongly recommend avoiding…

I would strongly recommend avoiding Green Thumb. I have mixed feeling about Green Thumb. I used Green Thumb for several projects - regrade my front yard, adding a rock wall, shrubbery - and my weekly lawn service. From an execution perspective, I have been super happy with the quality of work; however, I have had several issues with their business practices. My first project (9/5/2019) ran over budget by close to 20% (extra 1,775) - I get an email on the day of completion - oops, hit more rock than anticipate. Need a check. My next project (10/29/19) was supposed to be paid 50% for scheduling and 50% at completion. Surprise - I woke up the next day to find they billed the entire balance (before the job started). The owner actually told me he was going out of town and decided to charge me before he left?!?! I have had issues where a check was not applied to an invoice (12/11/2019) and kept getting balance due notifications. 2/10 he invoices for Feb and March - still 2 weeks away from March? He decided to increase his rates claiming it is in the contract - can't seem to get him to understand that if you don't include an optional component into the contract (a checkbox), its not part of the contract [Type of guy that needs to be right at all costs] In short - solid lawn service - dubious business office - I would recommend passing

Awful company

Awful company! Not accredited with Better Business B. nor do they care about complaints or customers, only money they scam off people. Reviews on the Green thumbs website are fake as we sure can't find where to post review on Green Thumbs scam website. Been waiting over 2 and a half weeks for plants. Asked to cancel 2 times & company printed ship label after telling them we don't want the plants due to how long it has been. Then they hurry up & send them through the post office, still don't have them. Now company offering free shipping over $125 when we had to pay $13 for shipping. Awful customer service, very rude. Now have to send plants back & wait for refund & that's when & if we ever even get them. Could of bought plants cheaper at my own nursery & had them here & planted 3 weeks ago. We will be writing the BBB & pissed consumer websites to complain about this company. Very rude emails were sent , very snotty stuck up conceited people. Really regret giving even a penny to this rude company. Plants we waited for 3 weeks for, just arrived in a box the size of 2 loaves of bread stacked on top of each other , box was smashed and about the weight of a loaf of bread, how 40 bushes were crammed in that little dinky box? I don't know, we refused delivery & now are waiting for a refund from company which am sure that will take forever too. Am guessing it was a box of twigs or sticks. Do not buy from this company these sticks or twigs are not worth the money.

I have been dealing with Royalty Plumbing

I have been dealing with Anthony Desmoni of Royalty Plumbing since 2014. I had gone through many plumbers since 1998 so when I found Anthony I was overjoyed. Anthony offers top rate customer service to his clients and that is very difficult to find in today's world. He is beyond trustworthy; he knows the mechanics of plumbing like the back of his hand and he is FAIR! If you have any issues with your plumbing, Anthony is there to assist. Trust me you need not try any other plumbing service! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. If you do decide to go with another plumbing company, well that will be a big mistake.

Horrible company

Horrible company. They rip you off and dump the grass wherever. Ordered twice and they delayed my order for a week after paying over a $1,000. Truly a trash company to order from. Run elsewhere and save your money!!

Terrible store near Chinook Centre

Terrible store near Chinook Centre. I wouldn’t shop there ever again!!! Bought my son a new Pax 2 vaporizer for Xmas from this location. Tried getting the unit to work, but it is faulty. Took it back to to the store for a new unit swap out, with the receipt (not asking for a refund) and was told that they wouldn’t assist. Was told that we had to go through manufacturer for replacement. They are the distributor of the units, and don’t stand behind the products they sell!!!!. I highly advise avoiding the Green Thumb company as they are do not know how to provide good customer service, and are highly unprofessional.

Andrew stole my money

Andrew stole my money! I hired him in the beginning of the season to spray my property for mosquitoes. He insisted that I pay for the whole season upfront. ( I was hesitant, but when I met him he seemed legitimate. ) The "Package" I paid for was supposed to include 8 treatments every 3 weeks and 1 event treatment. I only received a few treatments! The last time he came, whatever he used was completely ineffective. I called/texted him several times to get him to come back and re-spray. He said he would come back, but he never showed up and he hasn't been returning my texts or phone calls ever since. Also, when he was actually showing up, in the beginning of the season, he never kept his appt time - sometimes he was late a few hours, sometimes days. And never a simple courtesy text to let me know. All behaviors typical of a drug addict. Consider yourselves warned.
