Great service from start to finish. Dean contacted me after I asked for quote online and give me a guaranteed figure which is the figure I was given on agreed pick date. Much better figures than all other buying sites

Really quick and easy process. Negotiated a price once the original offer was reduced and pick up was arranged for the following week. I have just sold my car through them and the whole experience was great. Very friendly staff on the phone and reasonable offer for my car. They did not take the car till payment was made so felt reassured that car was not going to be taken before payment. Quick and easy way to sell , received a fair market price and the service was excellent. They did what they said they would at every stage of the process. The guys who came to take the car were very friendly, as a recently bereaved widow, they were compassionate and helpful in what was a stressful thing for me to do in the wake of my husbands passing, which was to sell his car.
