I work for a main dealer, I had a guy turn up at 8am and spend an hour doing an appraisal. I thought fair enough, was offered £4800 for a skoda Fabia Retail £7995 They are saying there was a loud engine noise and tried chipping me down to £3k. The only credit to your company was the guy who organised it. DON'T USE, USE MOTORWAY OR WEBUYANYCAR. 10 TIMES BETTER

Great communication from the off, gave me an exceptable price for my car and it was collected after a quick inspection 2 days later, couldn't be any easier.
The whole transaction from start to finish was fast and efficient, the money was in my account within minutes and before vehicle was taken away and I felt I had a good price for my car too. Would definitely use them again.

Trading the vehicle was a seamless experience. The guy who collected the vehicle was friendly and gave good customer service. There was a slight glitch with the online payment form, so a work around had to be done for payment to come into my account but was remedied quickly and receipt was in my inbox within a few minutes.

Great way to sell your vehicle, was struggling to sell since vehicle had issues of stolen mark which wasn't my fault. However, buygroup help alot in solving the issue and advising what to do in order to get vehicle ready to sell. Connor mountain was the sales advisor and person I spoke to really helpful excellent communication and guidance. Once booked for selling, was super quick and easy. From the time the person who came to pick up until they left and money in my account was under an hour. Highly recommend selling vehicle even if offered little less than other selling companies. Hassle free and easy no worries either.

A very nice chap came and picked the my old car up. Dealing with actual paper work was a bit awkward. Due to fact the vehicle being in a company name. But this was resolved efficiently.
