I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back βfaulty testβ. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.
Easy to order, the prices were cheaper than others at the time of ordering and delivery was just it stated it would be

An issue with delivery meant that the order was returned to TestnGo. They refused to provide a refund, despite the fact that they received the order back. They did not reply to my last email. Terrible customer service and will not use again.

Your instructions in the box are not clear enough, especially about registering the test where there is only a QR code. You assume this is enough for al your customers and it is NOT. My test got lost due to this and therefore was useless and I got no refund. Would never use this company again!

There is absolutely nothing positive I can say about this dreadful company. The details of how they let my wife and I down really badly are too long and tedious to go into. One of their main issues though is their lack of communication and even worse their abject failure to act on essential changes to appointment times when they are accepted by one of their agents, confirmed in writing, then not passed onto others in their organisation. In our case this resulted in us having no service from them whatsoever having paid for their top lateral flow test service. We were cheated and robbed. If you don't want this to happen to you then simply do not go near this company. They are dishonest, unreliable and thoroughly disreputable. Shocking! Updated: 10 August after their response to my review. Just how despicable is this? They are trying to blame me for this. Absolute shame on them. On 19 July I sent this email: Sent: 19 July 2022 12:26 To: Information Subject: RTNGO262366 Please can I change my appointment From: 16:00 - Sunday, 24 Jul 2022 (BST) To: 16:45 - Sunday, 24 Jul 2022 (BST) Their response was: That should be okay and I can change it for you now Kindest Regards James Customer Care Consultant TestnGo So when the appointment email arrived it stated: Phoebe is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting on Sunday, Jul 24, 2022 at 4.00p Firstly, before you join the video call at your appointment time, please make sure that you have filled out your test booking reference form. This can be found in your confirmation of purchase email; this will generate the 7-digit number that you will need for your photo template when you register your test on our website: Antigen - Registration Form β TestnGo Please make sure you join at your appointment time, and we will admit you to the call once you have joined. If you do not attend your appointment, we will not be able to reschedule your appointment. Utterly shameful. We were going to be unable to join this call at 16:00 which is why we changed to 16:45. The way they have responded to my review tells you everything you need to know about why they should be avoided at all costs. Utterly disgraceful company!
