Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back βfaulty testβ. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

Terrible - no recovery certificate
Terrible, use the chat box to ask if the service would give a Recovery certificate, got the Test, Done the test, then ask the company when I will get the recovery certificate, they said it is not in service they provide. For anyone who is not vaccinated and I need the six month recovery certificate, this is not the same as the years. I hope there issue a refund And I will visit this review with a difference score.
