Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

Disappointed ! I swapped 6 days ago and the test did…
I ordered 6 days ago and the test did not come. I'm going on vacation and there is no test I am very disappointed, lack of professionalism, extra unnecessary stress for the holidays I want my money back.

Did not arrive and bad customer service
I paid for a 48 hour delivery and they didn't arrive so I had to buy more from somewhere else. When I asked for a refund of the delivery cost, they quoted "terms and conditions accepted at point of purchase". So just be aware that if you pay for guaranteed delivery, it is not actually guaranteed. Would not use them again
