Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

Excellent service. Online supervised test went smoothly and certificates sent to my inbox a couple of hours later. Highly recommended, much better than previous companies I’ve used for observed LF tests.

I ordered these 9 days ago and have still not received them. I have had covid and had to get tests from a nurse to test negative. The post office refused to post them through the letterbox and I missed their delivery. I do not know why I had to be in as they are designed to go through letterbox. I went to the post office WITH COVID. And they had not been sent there so missing and never received pointless!
