Kit delivered too late

I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.

DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

No CS

My wife and I recently contracted C-19. She works in NHS hospital and we both needed urgent assurance that she (& I) were negative. I ordered kits on Monday morning after reading their promise to deliver next day (or latest day after). I'd paid extra £6 for the RM service and the kits didn't arrive until late on Thursday. I spoke to CS via chat and was told the delay was down to postal strikes. Fair enough but have another courier in place to cater for such events or else lose customer loyalty and customers. The person I spoke with on chat was very unapologetic. Apparently, the customer is not always right. Won't be using again :-(

Poor Service

The overall service was poor from start to finish - paid extra for a quick delivery of a PCR test that then got delayed by a planned postal strike. Did the test and heard nothing about it for 4 days - had to chase them up and they then claimed Royal Mail had lost the test and will refund me - I think they were making it up!

I needed a PCR to join a ship because of company protocol. I still have had no result after posting the test kit back 6 days ago (having checked spam). I needed the result to be within the last 72 hours. This service appears to be a scam. Update. It took 10 days to get a response from TestnGo Services and they said the test had obviously been lost by royal mail and they would reimburse me withing 3-7 working days. Well that email was two weeks ago and still nothing. Update. Another two weeks has passed and the TestnGo payment system is still down - that means it has been down a month. Someone is there to answer emails but I think it is to string users along whilst they continue selling a service they don't fulfill. This has all the appearance of a scam.

Very good product and quick to arrive but paid to have a 24hr delivery and arrived in 48hr. Probably the post office fault and not the supplier though.

Change your bloody postal service still…

Change your bloody postal service still according to track and trace its in Chelmsford from Romford last Wednesday 48 h delivery. A tad late like another I had 24 hr delivery with another outlet post office had on the 26th still not here so unless you change delivery service ASAP I won't be buying further products and will blog this and suggest they don't pay for delivery services as they won't arrive the te passed is such I'm am covid free and no longer need your product as it was over a week ago and still in Romford very bad experience good day who do I claim my postal charges back from or do I have to return your damn late product to get a full refund
