BE AWARE IF OVER 60 YEARS OLD
Signed up for a phone visit for a UTI. The Dr came on within 5 minutes, then proceeded to tell me he is not allowed to treat a UTI for anyone over 60 years old. I told him to cancel then and refund my prepaid $55. He said he could not but I should call customer service or email them which I did. I have yet to hear anything back and have not received the refund. My account specially has my age so why would it allow me to schedule the visit. They basically can not treat anything and a total waste of money.
