Easy to Access a Doctor I Love Teledoc

The prescription was called in immediately for me to pick up.

Tell her our health was very easy to use. I am very happy with my appointment and all my interactions. The only issue I have had is with the app itself. I cannot connect my two accounts but I can login on the web browser instead so it's OK.

I have a therapist that I see from teladoc that's doing a great job, I recently had a psychiatry appointment, what a waste of time I'm on medication and he couldn't prescribe it it's not addictive and people don't abuse it

I didn't feel rushed, what I said was repeated for understanding correctly. Explained what was being prescribed and if I didn't feel better after medication period to follow up with a face to face visit with provider.

My provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explained to me what was possibly the case. She gave me explicit instructions on what to do.

07/31/2025-Your system to channel us was very easy. The Dr appointment was very good, then when the Dr video called me, I was stumbling to figure out to answer him. He waited and made me feel comfortable. He was great and I thanked him for his patience/help.

My insurance had changed since my last Teladoc appt and I was not able to update it at all myself so I had to call. While the lady was extremely helpful and polite, I was hesitant to give her all my personal information because she was setting up a new profile for me, password and all and I was a little skeptical it was phony and my information was going somewhere else. I feel that process should be different to make the patient feel confident setting up a profile with sensitive information on their own.

Fast and efficient

Dermatologist diagnosed wrong and did not help the condition at all. When I reached back out, apparently all I can do is a new appointment, new fee.

I was very comfortable with the NP I met with yesterday. She was very kind respectful and listened to my needs. She was on point with everything

From the moment I booked the appointment it was by far the best experience I have ever had. Easy to book and it took 6 or 7 mins for the doctor to call back. Doctor was all ears and listened to my situation and she address it all in a timely manner. No waiting and didn't leave me to wonder.
