This process is pretty streamlined to get a telehealth doctor. I love that they hear you and respect your privacy, time and have a sense of urgency.

I’ve used Teladoc multiple times and every experience has been smooth, caring, and efficient. The doctors are knowledgeable, the platform is easy to use, and the support is excellent. Truly the best in virtual healthcare!
Doctor refused to treat me and so my money was wasted. If conditions are not going to be treated but so many times a year, that information should be given at the end of sessions

The provider that took my call was so detailed yet quick (I was still punched in at my job). She even went above and beyond...she not only prescribed what I (or anyone would get) for poison ivy, she prescribed me 2 extra prescriptions incase I was scratching in my sleep& didn't know,&one topical prescription. She DIDN'T talk over me like some of the ones in the past did. This woman was outstanding 👏!

You could tell the Dr was very passionate about his work and truly loves helping people. He took the time to address all my concerns and ask alot of questions to make sure I was getting the proper treatment. I wish he were my regular PCP.
