I used TeleDoc quite a few times within the last six years. Every time my appointment was quick and professional. My issues were always addressed fully.

I wasn't able to get into my primary care doctor, but I quickly got a call from my teladoc. The Dr listened to my symptoms, asked a few questions, recommended a prescription, gave me a few follow-up directions and asked if I had any questions. I felt heard, care was prompt, and I'm already starting to feel better. So thankful this is an option.

I've never trusted digital comms before. Maybe I trust our government admin much more with Trump in power and the new staff. So this is the 1st time ever using video and for therapist, again ever. So I get to vent what is going on in the present, how it reflects on the past and past issues.

The doctor listened to me and asked lots of questions to be able to diagnose me. It was fast and convenient.

The provider was patient and came to my rescue will in vacation as I was not able to get to my primary care physician.

It was my first time using teledoc...I wasn't to sure to use it or go to urgent care.. but I tried it and I love it. So easy and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy... now I say to my self why didn't I do this teledoc long time ago..

I've been in and out of therapy for years due to some traumatic events in my life. So I have pretty good knowledge of great and decent therapist. The provider I saw made me feel invalidated in my current experience and took sides of the other person that I was having problems with. She pretty much blamed me for what was going on in my life currently and she expressed her personal ideologies and opinions into my situation. I will not be seeing her again.

Doc asked almost no questions. Might have uncovered another possible cause of flu symptoms besides flu. Turned out my symptoms were from a tick bite. With the unfortunate upswing of Lyme, doctors should not be unaware of it being a possible cause for other symptoms. But you have to ask questions.

Service was fast. Practitioner was thorough, professional, helpful! I wish I had known about this sooner. No waiting in an urgent care setting! I will recommend to everyone!

I have asked for my reports at least 3-4 times now. Taken the time to call twice. Have been promised call backs that never occurred. The therapist is great. TELEDOC needs to get the rest of their staff in gear

The whole process was just easy. We scheduled, sat in the "waiting room" and then the doctor reviewed our chart and joined. It would have taken longer to drive to the doctor than it did to complete the appointment start to finish.
