I like Teladoc because it is convenient, but the quality of providers is not consistent. I recently had two horrible providers. One, a Nurse Practitioner for an infection (Sakeena Spencer), who was late to my appointment, had a terrible web connection and did not explain any side effects of the medication she prescribed, which was written in her aftercare summary. In her summary, she stated she explained everything, and she DID NOT. She rushed me, and the appointment was a total of 5 minutes. The other provider was a mental health professional (Robin Rudic) who was late to every appointment and talked about herself for the majority of my sessions with her. To top it off, she cut me off completely when I had to reschedule an appointment last minute due to a family emergency I had. Last I knew, it wasn't ethical to just cut off a mental health patient. So yeah, Teladoc is convenient, but my experience with their providers has not been good. I will use them again, though, hoping the quality of the provider is better.

Really appreciated the doctor taking the time to review my other medications before prescribing an antibiotic. This practice is rare.

Super easy called within 10 min simple in out done

Prescription was called in incorrectly. The pharmacy hasn't been able to reach prescriber for over 48 hrs. Teladoc has no record of my visit.

Only had a limited amount of time. Was seen by a doctor and was prescribed a prescription within 25 minutes. Better than an urgent care and in the privacy of my home

I will never use them again as there is no guarantee that they will help in any situation and won't refund any money if they send you elsewhere immediately. It is a complete gamble to use their services when you don't have any insurance. It is a terribly misrepresented system that actually gives no aid or flexibility to it's patients. I used them for the first time for my daughter's ear pain and in less than a minute on the call they directed me to be seen in person and ended the call. I was charged their full fee for nothing. When I called to speak to them about this issue, there was no scale for payment as they provided no service at all to me and told me I had to go in and be seen in person and they ended up hanging up on me as I tried to resolve the issue and understand their exact policies. They are ripping people off and not even helping them. I had to go in to the doctor anyway and pay the full fee. Don't waste your money with this company, you will end up double paying and having to go in to see a doctor anyway.

They ignored my sinus infection symptoms and told me if I still had them in a few days to make another appointment... It's just Big money $$$ grab. I didn't even see a doctor.

Listened, cared and offered additional advice. Call me within 4 minutes of scheduling time. Great.

The Dr was very knowledgeable and informative. He listened and was very nice. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy as soon as the appointment was over. Everything was quick and efficient. Love Teladoc!

Had a very pleasent experience talking to doctor Stacy King. Went over all the information that was needed for me to take care of myself and get better. Gave very specific instructions on what I needed to do.

I was on a trip to my hometown and started getting severe UTI symptoms. I called my doctor at home, but they would not do anything without my coming into the office. I was able to get Teledoc visit within 15 minutes of opening the app. I described my symptoms and the doctor sent an antibiotic prescription to a nearby pharmacy. Within a couple hours of the first dose, my symptoms had become much more tolerable. By the next morning, my symptoms we're gone. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip.

Dr. Clancy is AMAZING!!! I wish she was doing this full time, I’d make her my primary care physician. The convenience of seeing a doctor while at home saves time and gas. I will be using this service for medical care as necessary.

It was easy and convenient even though I still had to be seen in person at an urgent care.
