The doctor was efficient friendly and professional
I've been with Teledoc for over 2 years now and am very happy with the care I receive. I am able to video chat with my primary care doctor, therapist, and nutritionist as well as make appointments around my schedule. I am always able to leave a message for any of them should I need to do so and they usually get back to me within a day or two. Almost all of them have a very flexible schedule and some are available on Saturdays and Sundays as well.
Dr John Hawrot was prompt (!). Think about that: How often have you had a doctor meet with you on time? He asked good questions, related to the nature of my visit. He was kind and respectful, even about things we disagreed on ... which says a lot about his character. He was understanding and provided the help I was looking for. The Teledoc experience was new to me. I'm very impressed. I have mobility issues, so it was especially nice not to have to go somewhere. If you have a busy schedule or young children you would have to bring to a doctor visit, this would also be advantageous. It's definitely convenient. You are able to view biographies of doctors and choose the one you think fits you best. I chose right! :-) I would definitely recommend Teladoc and Dr Hawrot.
Samuel Rivera was an excellent doctor, who cared and listened to me without trying to get me off of the phone and on to the next person. He is a wonderful, person, and anyone would be lucky to be heard (or seen!) by him!

I immediately spoke to someone after I registered, and my script was sent the same day. After my call they provided me with a message from my care team that listed my diagnosis, and additional information. There was an error, but I let them know and they reached out after normal business hours to make sure that it was fixed that same day. Everyone was so nice, and I couldn’t have been more grateful for them.

Teledoc a a great 24Hr / day option vs going to an urgent care and sitting for hours among really sick people.
Called for a dog bite and specifically told the scheduler TWICE it was for a dog bite. Doctor calls me and says sorry we don't treat any kind of animal bite. I explained my conversation with the scheduler and he says you should call back and get a refund. I called back, explained the situation and they basically said FU no refunds.
Straightforward care with a provider who displayed empathy and shared knowledge of evidence based treatment.
