I was impressed that the doctor called so promptly in the middle of the night!

I scheduled a call time and the doctor was prompt on that time. He asked simple questions and figured out quickly what I needed. I was able to pick up my prescription promptly.

The provider was very patient and ensured that the treatment they prescribed did not interfere with my other medical conditions.

The doctor I spoke to was very caring and explained the best way for me to get relief of my symptoms. He didn't rush through it. He took time and seemed to really care.

My telehealth experience was significantly more convenient than an in-office visit. I received the same level of care without the long wait times or unnecessary follow-up charges. There was no copay, and I was only responsible for the medication cost. For non-urgent needs, I will continue to choose telehealth moving forward.

Easy and Quick

I get very anxious about phone calls, but this telehealth call was so easy. The doctor called me shortly after I put in my request, and listened to my issue and very quickly gave me the information and prescription I needed. It was so stress-free and I'm feeling so much better now, after having put off getting help earlier due to my anxiety and lack of time due to my work schedule holding me back from calling a doctor.

Had to wait all of five minutes to be seen. Snapped a few pics and ten minutes later I had prescriptions I needed sent to my pharmacy. Pretty awesome.

I have had a tough year, with the loss of my mom, my oldest granddaughter having cancer and one of my twin granddaughters almost drowning. Work is not an escape, it is more like a prison. It was great to be listened too and know that I am working with someone who will help me gain the proper tools to deal with everything.

On demand medical help is wonderful. Sometimes there is a medical urgency but not enough to call 911. Thats when Teladoc comes in. It's a wonderful service. I am so grateful for it.
