I was able to get my blood pressure medication with no issues. Quick & Fast it was amazing. I never knew I can get my medications refilled through Teladoc. It was amazing!
I needed to get a doctor's opinion and information but did not have time in my day to be able to make an appt. with my GP So thankful for this option. Doctor was extremely helpful and I received the advice and treatment I needed to get on the mend.

It was easy to set up an online appointment for the time that was convenient for me. I got a call right at the scheduled appointment time. I had my medication prescribed to my pharmacy and was done with my appointment in three minutes. SOOOO easy!

great for easy, general medicine. steer clear for mental health. they have saved me with colds, and other basic things, a quick and easy phone call and I got a script. their therapists and psychiatry - the pits. patient abandonment, and people with far greater problems than you, showing up to help, or cancelling last minute. even better, ignoring a needed prescription refill. customer service is abysmal and blatantly does not care about these issues when you seek support. avoid.
Very convenient source of medical care from ongoing mental health support to immediate care for an issue such as a topical allergic reaction or conjunctivitis. Easy to schedule appointments with a variety of providers available to choose from. You can narrow your search for a provider based on several criteria that you may prefer such as male/female, additional languages spoken, specialization etc. I find it largely helpful to be able to contact a therapist or mental health specialist immediately when in a crisis. There’re professionals that specifically deal with bereavement, sudden loss, difficult diagnosis and other very traumatic, serious or difficult times that can further have a negative impact without having the proper support to help navigate such difficult situations. I’ve been receiving care from two providers from Teladoc for the last 2 years and I am very happy with the care I have received and definitely would recommend Teladoc to anyone who needs convenient ongoing or prompt care.
