The service is convenient; the doctor is great!
Dr John Hawrot was prompt (!). Think about that: How often have you had a doctor meet with you on time? He asked good questions, related to the nature of my visit. He was kind and respectful, even about things we disagreed on ... which says a lot about his character. He was understanding and provided the help I was looking for. The Teledoc experience was new to me. I'm very impressed. I have mobility issues, so it was especially nice not to have to go somewhere. If you have a busy schedule or young children you would have to bring to a doctor visit, this would also be advantageous. It's definitely convenient. You are able to view biographies of doctors and choose the one you think fits you best. I chose right! :-) I would definitely recommend Teladoc and Dr Hawrot.
