Great phone experience for doctor services.

Setting the appintment was easy but Doctor Jonathan Reitzenstein showed no manners. First, he was on purpose not on camera, just his hair so I asked to see his face so he moved the camera and then I could only see half of his face, so I said I still don't see you, he said why it does it matter? Well, as I patient I think is important to see your doctor and vice versa. Then he rushed to ask what do I need so started telling that I injured my fingers, barely let me talk and started saying it was not smart to do what I did and told me to just take the medicine he will send to pharmacy.....zero empathy super rushed, no time to ask questions and he is gone! You can tell he is there to make as many calls as possible!

The provider was outstanding and friendly.

Doctor was very nice and thorough. I was able to be seen as soon as I started feeling bad rather than waiting a day or two to get into an appointment. I was out running my kids to sports and doing errands and was able to have my appointment while waiting in the car during my daughter’s cheer practice. So convenient especially when I’m running around with my 3 kids. Thank you so much!

There was an online assessment, which allowed me to connect with a therapist directly -- the speed of which was much faster than other services. Within minutes of completing it, I was scheduled for my first appointment. There was a list of therapists and there were ones I could have scheduled for that afternoon.

Prompt, quick, clear, and helpful. The service was over the phone and my practitioner was friendly which eased my nerves. I was able to get the help I needed without having to leave my house which saved me hours of time and stress. From the appt request to the time we ended the call, it was only 15 minutes. The call was less than 5 mins itself.

The Dr was wonderful. A 2 min conversation and the prescriptions where sent in. No waiting at an urgent care center or dr's office.

It is easily accessible on time.

I had a great experience using Teladoc Health. The appointment was easy to schedule and I was connected to a provider quickly. The doctor was thorough, understanding, and addressed my concerns without making me feel rushed. I got my prescription sent to my pharmacy right after the call. This service really helped me avoid a long wait at urgent care. I’ll definitely use Teladoc again when needed!

Excellent service excellent Doctor quick easy and super reliable

I didn't need to sit in a waiting room full of possibly contagious other people, the doctor asked questions and was prompt, wait time was minimal, and the doctor got my meds over to the pharmacy right away. The pharmacy called me as soon as they opened and they had them ready.

Teladoc got back to me very quickly and the doctor was amazing that I talked to. He prescribed a prescription for me that was called in immediately. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Physician was kind, helpful and a good listener. It was great to have this access during a weekend when I would have otherwise spent the day in the walk in clinic!
