Short wait and short call! Got the meds I needed.

I was unaware that my insurance company covered the service and when I found out it was just so convenient so amazing the doctors and nurse practitioners are awesome it's quick easy and it's just I love it I will use this as much as I can instead of having to go into a doctor's office great job and better

My session with therapist Raquel Outland went exceptionally well. She was proactive, listened attentively, and brought a deep sense of compassion and empathy to our conversation. I truly appreciated her thoughtful approach and felt heard and supported throughout. It was a meaningful and uplifting experience.

I am in between Doctors right now and really needed a refill. They were very helpful.

I was able to get an appointment in less than 15 minutes. Was able to get prescription for COVID-19 meds called in. So grateful to not have to leave the hotel and infect others. We were away from home and it was a Saturday, the first available video appointment at my Dr. would be Monday - too late to start Paxlovid. Very grateful for the care.

I had a difficult time getting in to see a Dr in person. It was a Friday afternoon. My insurance covers Teledoc so I called, completed the registration and was see virtually by a Dr quickly. The Dr was courteous, professional & quickly diagnosed the problem, an eye infection & sent a Rx to the pharmacy. It was great!

Great people that's employed by you guys I just wish that I would get a 30-day supply of my medicine other than that great experience time saved money saves I have to come out of pocket a week early but great

Great experience except took longer than estimated wait time. Provider was great and no office waiting or exposure to illness.

Signing up and getting the doctor to call was very easy and uneventful when the provider called she was less than enthused that she had to call someone at 9:15 at night. It took about 15 seconds for this call to last and it charged me $35 I would suggest getting a provider that Even pretends to act like they care.

I always have a great experience with Teladoc Health. My last appointment, I was concerned with having a male doctor but he was very professional and kind. Didn't rush through the visit.

Having the issue I had, made it hard to see and to drive to the doctors office. Being able to schedule a telehealth appointment and have a prescription available to be picked up in around an hours time, is so convenient. I am healing and will be back to normal real soon.

Booked an appointment for a skin problem. The dermatologist got back to be quickly. She was thorough and gave me an Rx. Entire process is much easier than it used to be.

I have needed to use this sevice. several times and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences .I was very comfortable talking to Doctors and felt they all genuinely cared and were very knowledgeable, they were very quick with getting my prescriptions called in to pharmacy.I also really like how there is no waiting room to sit in and I was connected to a Doctor almost immediately 🙂
