Easy to schedule. Ontime with apt that was scheduled. Dr. listened to my situation and provided a plan to get me better.

You need to prescribe antibiotics to people that need them. Most people know their own body. Also if you can't help someone you shouldn't charge them them the full price. It just another online money grab!!!

Everything OK

Teladoc appointment went well. Requesting a change with the prescribed medication has been problematic. The pharmacy and I have called Teladoc. We are still waiting for a response. Pharmacist mentioned this is a consistent problem with service.

This is an amazing service to get urgent care help while out of state! The video visit was amazing! Very little wait time, knowledgeable professional provider and even help get a prescription sent to a pharmacy that was near my vacation spot. Five stars!!!

I was refused medical assistance because of my age and medical condition; consequently, they promised no charge. When the charge came through on my credit card anyway, I contacted them for a refund. They refuse to keep their commitment to. Beware of their unscrupulous practices.

Wasn't happy at all yes did give me cream for my eczema but not blood pressure didn't even ask what my reading is are nothing

Service is great and we had meds when we arrived in South Florida for our son. Teledoc person had a very thick foreign accent so the communication was really difficult making it a very challenging coversation.

Definitely love my experience using Teledoc! Being sick and not wanting to move.. the ease of using Teledoc has been great!

This was my first time using Teladoc and I was quite satisfied with my experience. The provider was on time, professional, clear and compassionate.

What a wonderful service that is there for people who want to know about their conditions and how they can best manage their lives. I know Teladoc has really helped me and I’m sure it can help others so let’s spread the word because they are the best therapy service in the country.

Knowing that my concerns were heard

I’ve never had a telehealth appt before. I was so worried I’d have to try and “convince” my provider of the symptoms I was feeling. After asking about my medical history, she asked typical questions regarding my symptoms and explained what medication she was going to prescribe me. It was so easy. I picked up my antibiotic a few hours later, and I already am feeling better. She was so sweet, too!

The availability of the Dr's was quick. They inquired about my symptoms and then sent a prescription to my local pharmacy quick. I had no issues whatsoever with my virtual visit.
