Teledoc saved me on a summer day when I was in between doctors. I had a sinus infection and after a short registration I was in the queue waiting to be seen. The doctor and I spoke, he confirmed the diagnosis and sent the script to my pharmacy. Doctor was thorough and pleasant. I will absolutely use teledoc again!
I was able to easily sign up for an appointment and in the evening and was contacted within 10 minutes. The doctor spent time with me going over my symptoms and treatment plan. It saved me a trip to urgent care when I really wasn't feeling well.
Dermatologist service is awful. Understanding that most conditions are better if treated in person due to that fact that there are no appointments available for my daughter until the end of August used the service to try to find some help while we wait for her appointment. The doctor did not provide a good explanation. I had questions and ask for recommendation multiple times and those were never answered. I will not recommend the dermatology aspect of Teladoc at all.
The registration and appointment process was very easy. I received my appointment soon after I registered and my representative stayed on the phone with me to ensure all was setup correctly. Excellent customer service & care.
