Dr. Jonathan Reitzenstein needs vacation or empathy?
Setting the appintment was easy but Doctor Jonathan Reitzenstein showed no manners. First, he was on purpose not on camera, just his hair so I asked to see his face so he moved the camera and then I could only see half of his face, so I said I still don't see you, he said why it does it matter? Well, as I patient I think is important to see your doctor and vice versa. Then he rushed to ask what do I need so started telling that I injured my fingers, barely let me talk and started saying it was not smart to do what I did and told me to just take the medicine he will send to pharmacy.....zero empathy super rushed, no time to ask questions and he is gone! You can tell he is there to make as many calls as possible!
