Provider was kind and efficient

This was an extremely efficient, affordable process and the app was easy to use.

This process is pretty streamlined to get a telehealth doctor. I love that they hear you and respect your privacy, time and have a sense of urgency.

My experience was great because of Hillary my therapist, she is amazing and I don't know what I do without her. This company cares about people and their needs and what's best for them and I would recommend teladoc to doctor to anyone.

The doctor I spoke with really listened and fully understood what was happening to me physically.

"The experience" 5 stars because it is quick &hassle free for moderate health issues that require doc advice & meds but not an ER. At work, thinking about that health thing you've not had time to go see doc about? Go to teladoc site, have a doc appt within minutes or schedule it for lunch time. This works for those that have anxiety just calling to make an appt, let alone getting to the exam room. They can't sit your wound or set a broken bone, but they can diagnose conjunctivitis & send eyedrop script to your nearest pharmacy, or antibiotic for that skin infection, antiemetics for the vomiting & nausea. Try it

Quick professional service. I was able to get the care I needed without having to go to an urgent care. The provider was kind and understanding of my symptoms and called in a prescription right away. I was feeling better in no time.

I liked that I got my prescription, but other than that, I was underwhelmed by the care received. I tell the doctor that I am having a multi-week long gout flare and I am only treated with four pills of colchicine? Didn't seem to care much about actually treating me but more about lecturing about diet and alcohol intake (both of which are already heavily monitored!).

I've always had an overall good experience with teledock professional and friendly providers and saves time not having to drive to an urgent care, waiting to be seen, and then driving back home.

Fast, no wait to talk to professional and prompt courteous and simple explanation. Definitely better than an urgent care visit.
