"The experience" 5 stars because it is quick &hassle free for moderate health issues that require doc advice & meds but not an ER. At work, thinking about that health thing you've not had time to go see doc about? Go to teladoc site, have a doc appt within minutes or schedule it for lunch time. This works for those that have anxiety just calling to make an appt, let alone getting to the exam room.
