Wasn't sure if this place would be good for a newer golfer like myself, but the staff was patient and educational. They didn't oversell me and found clubs that matched my current skill level with room to grow. Very satisfied with the purchase and service.

Had my first professional club fitting here and was blown away by the attention to detail. The fitter took time to analyze my swing and recommended adjustments that immediately improved my ball striking. The entire process took about 2 hours but was worth every minute. Only downside was the wait time for the custom clubs to arrive, but the performance improvement made it worthwhile.

The clubs are top quality and perform exactly as advertised. However, when I had an issue with a warranty claim, it took multiple calls and emails to get it resolved. The technical staff knows their stuff, but the customer service process could be more streamlined. Eventually got everything sorted out though.

From the initial consultation to the final club delivery, everything was handled professionally. The fitting process was thorough and the follow-up service has been excellent. Expected more from the putter fitting session given the reputation and cost. The selection was limited and the fitter seemed to push certain models without really understanding my putting style. Ended up with a putter that looks great but doesn't feel right on the greens.
