Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Having problems with my phone, turns out I was topping up the wrong thing. Brilliant customer service from Adam, who fixed everything for me.

Adam's support was great

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Poor customer service.

The service didn't work, I tried contacting them over the phone and through live chat but was walked around. Price looks great, but you really do get what you pay for.

Concerns resolved

I had a problem with a SIM card order which I didnt place & I was worried that I would get charged. I contacted Talk Home chat & Tom helped me with my concerns quickly & professionally. I would definitely recommend Talk Home for your mobile needs. Special thanks to Tom in Customer Services who was amazing.

Ordering a new sim only plan

I spoke to Tom about my new limited time plan before ordering it. He was very efficient and helpful and told me what I wanted to know. Good Service, Nathan. Update:- I just contacted Talk Home again and spoke to Adam this time to double check my home address is correct as yesterday I mistakenly put in the wrong address on my new sim only order. Once again I found there service to be prompt and efficient. The Great service gives me total peace of mind. Thank You Talk Home Mobile Team. I have decided to upgrade to five stars for their Brilliant Service, Nathan. Extra update:- I ported my number into my new terrific plan but it failed at first. Anyone like me who has ported often know's that these things happen from time to time. However it took two weeks to solve but THM worked hard to fix the problem and finally it was ported successfully except my texting still showed temporary number. After contacting Tom He gave me some simple advise to turn off RCS messaging which solved the problem. Through out the whole procedure I found the customer support live chat to be helpful and supportive. I would certainly like to recommend THM for there great deals available on MonySoperMarket. Nathan.

Still waiting for the SIM

Still waiting for the SIM, this is the second attempt to receive a SIM and still never had one sent. Update 15/4/25. Still waiting for refund after requesting one after failure to receive 2 SIMs that were independently ordered. Also requested refund via PayPal. No closure to this complaint via any platform or communication route. Do not use this company, their service is either incompetent or this is a scam.

SIM card still not received

First requested a new SIM card on the 25th March (money was taken from my account on the 26th March) - was told it was sent to the correct address on the same day but did not arrive. Told it was resent on the 1st April but again I have still not received a SIM card (now the 5th April) told to wait until Monday - 7 days after my second order was placed, not the one to three days stated when I originally ordered. I have had no email confirmation on either date that a SIM card had been sent.
