SIM card still not received
First requested a new SIM card on the 25th March (money was taken from my account on the 26th March) - was told it was sent to the correct address on the same day but did not arrive. Told it was resent on the 1st April but again I have still not received a SIM card (now the 5th April) told to wait until Monday - 7 days after my second order was placed, not the one to three days stated when I originally ordered. I have had no email confirmation on either date that a SIM card had been sent.
