Ordering a new sim only plan
I spoke to Tom about my new limited time plan before ordering it. He was very efficient and helpful and told me what I wanted to know. Good Service, Nathan. Update:- I just contacted Talk Home again and spoke to Adam this time to double check my home address is correct as yesterday I mistakenly put in the wrong address on my new sim only order. Once again I found there service to be prompt and efficient. The Great service gives me total peace of mind. Thank You Talk Home Mobile Team. I have decided to upgrade to five stars for their Brilliant Service, Nathan. Extra update:- I ported my number into my new terrific plan but it failed at first. Anyone like me who has ported often know's that these things happen from time to time. However it took two weeks to solve but THM worked hard to fix the problem and finally it was ported successfully except my texting still showed temporary number. After contacting Tom He gave me some simple advise to turn off RCS messaging which solved the problem. Through out the whole procedure I found the customer support live chat to be helpful and supportive. I would certainly like to recommend THM for there great deals available on MonySoperMarket. Nathan.
