We've been using Tableau for about two years now and it's been fantastic. The ability to connect to multiple data sources seamlessly is a huge plus. The real-time dashboard updates have made our monthly reporting so much more efficient. Performance can be slow with very large datasets, but overall it's been worth the investment.

Initial setup and learning took longer than expected, but once our team got comfortable with it, productivity increased significantly. The customer support has been responsive when we've needed help. Some performance issues with complex calculations, but manageable.

Tableau has completely transformed how we present data to stakeholders. The drag-and-drop interface makes creating complex visualizations surprisingly intuitive, and the variety of chart types available is impressive. My only complaint is the steep learning curve for advanced features, but once you get the hang of it, it's incredibly powerful.

Great visualization capabilities and the final dashboards look professional. However, I find it crashes occasionally when working with large datasets, and the refresh times can be painfully slow. For the price point, I expected better stability.

Cannot imagine doing data analysis without Tableau now. The ability to quickly prototype visualizations and iterate on dashboard designs has sped up our development process considerably. The mapping features are particularly impressive.

The software itself is excellent for data visualization and analysis. My main gripe is with the licensing model - it's confusing and expensive. Also, collaboration features could be better. You really need Tableau Server to get the most out of it, which adds to the cost.
