I have tried to be patient with this company but they are absolutely useless. They keep charging for extra add-ons which I don't want. But the biggest problem is the quality of the calls is atrocious. We constantly have to restart the app to even make an outgoing call. At least 50% of the time I end up using my mobile number because customers can't hear me otherwise. They blame this on my internet connection but it happens in every location and with every data connection I've ever tried. Finally today (Saturday), our phones are shut off (suspended) with no warning, and with no overdue payment nor invoice due. Cannot reach anyone until Monday so my business is effectively shut down over the weekend. Avoid, avoid, avoid.... At least now I have time to transfer my number to another provider.

What made this enquiry and the follow up calls a success for me and my objective was the patience, understanding and insightfulness of the customer support agent to see the vision I had for which to use the product. The company is clearly training people to have a willingness and openness to tailor a package to a customer’s needs or budget. I could have been sold a more expensive service or plan, than what I actually needed. However, I have go precisely what I need and this has nailed my expectations.

This company is buch of crooks! no rufund for all the credits you dont use. Asking for a lot of documents before you can use credits to call premium numbers? What gives!? Even proper phone companies do not need those hassle! Dont ever bother asking for call back as you wont receive any!
