Honestly, their customer service is second to none!! Every time I've needed them, which isn't often my a say, someone has been at the end of the phone helping us out. I've saved £100's using this service. Very happy

switchboard free has been a great addition to our business. We used these guys after moving and not being able to take our landline with us that we were using for business use. Switchboard free took the number and although we've had some small hiccups with it along the way the staff have always been helpful and friendly, they will take their time with you and sort out what you need. Just today, Katie changed some settings to exactly what I wanted to fit with my business needs!

After thinking all was resolved been on again to try to setup up my account after playing with it about a million times it still wint take incoming callls. I have just come out out hospital reassured last time all was resolved with my last review only to find the ruddy service is a painful as pile to use. Im calling for a refund i have had no use of it i paid £36 and all i have had i a one number test call which never makes it through. Done with them full stop!!

After considerable issues, not the fault of the company I should add, I was dealt with by Laura. Friendly, communicative, would give her 11/10 because she tirelessly worked on the issues and didn't give up until the issue was rectified. Customer service at its finest.
