Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - again. This is the second review I've written for SF as when I had an account query it was excellently and empathetically dealt with. This time it was a technical issue, and - speaking as someone who's been in technical support for more than 20 years - I can say that it was a pleasure to deal with them. Zoe was prompt, friendly, polite, and not only advised me on how to work round the issue but offered to help in any other way she could while the core issue was addressed. Great customer service like this gives me the confidence to continue using Switchboardfree for many years to come. Thank you!
