Went throught he order process to fail at the checkout, when I explained on Livechat I was told the FREE voipphone which was in my cart wasnt available for the econmy package (also in my cart) - was asked to send a screenshot, which I did. Was simply told "I have just checked with our sales team and I'm afraid this isn't an active offer so has been raised with our technical team to see how this has happened. I can of course update the account for you but if you would like the economy plan then I'm afraid the handset isn't included" I thought this type of bait and switch tactic was behind us.

We've recently started with Switchboard free and so far everything has been smooth and easy. Customer care is easy to get hold of for any questions and the staff are polite and friendly (and happy at work) which counts for a lot when it comes to knowing you're in good hands

This site is misleading. Signed up for £5 a month and was billed £47.95 No response to customer service emails. AVOID

This has got to be the most unfit for purpose service I've ever used. Had to contact them at the beginning as no calls were coming through, it worked for a day then reverted back to the app failing to notify me of incoming calls. Very very poor.

I've been a "customer" for years, but am still wondering apart from their 08XX numbers, which are provided free but cost a bomb to call. What is *FREE* and good about this service. As I'd seen some info about 08 numbers changing to 03 and not seeing them offered, stopped using the 08 service. Oh and if your wondering who I am, I'm the guy you called at a funeral on my mobile and you didn't call the 0844/0843 number, which would have connected you to someone expecting the call and wasn't expecting the call during a funeral at a church with crap mobile signal. Have read through the comments and noticed the cancellation policy which wasn't there when I signed up seems to be moving from 30 to 60 to 90 days, yet from what I remember you sign up with a tickbox and I remember signing up for something that was by default and no opt out

Katie at Switchboard was a great help. I enquired about different option for phones for our office and what would work best for us and Katie kept me right with options and prices. Once we received our handsfree phone, Katie helped me set it up with the different departments which was no issue at all and was up and working in no time.
