Have had to ring customer support for…

Have had to ring customer support for help 3 times. Call answered quickly and been resolved quickly. Spoke to Laura yesterday and she was very polite and efficient. Great customer service. Thank you

Terrible customer service avoid at all…

Terrible customer service avoid at all costs , after having an enquiry about their services I received a call from one of their customer service representative if I need any assistance, going through the details she sent me a link to review and make the payment if I want to have the service, Few hours later I received another phone call from Collection department demanding payment overdue ;))) . The following day I received emails saying that if don’t make payment they will pass to debt collectors , this is happening within few hours not even having any services active , avoid this company at all cost .

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience - Still Charging After Cancellation I signed up for Switchboard's free VoIP service, but after a while, I decided it wasn't for me. I emailed them *months ago* to cancel my plan, thinking that would be the end of it. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my request. Not only are they *still charging me*, but now I'm receiving **debt recovery letters** for a service I no longer use or want! This is completely unacceptable. Their customer service is either incompetent or they’re just trying to squeeze money out of people who have clearly canceled. Stay away from this company – they make canceling impossible, and their billing practices are shady at best. Avoid this nightmare!
