Absolutely horrible. DO NOT USE THEM. It was my first time booking through them. I booked a hotel in order to meet my ex Husband halfway to pick up my son after his summer stay. My ex Husband was in a domestic situation with his fiancé that resulted in my having to drive all the way there in order to get my son sooner than was planned for good and safe reasons. I no longer needed the booking from circumstances completely outside of my control. They would not refund. How heartless and careless. Message to the company: I am a nice person, but I know the travel world well because of my job, and I will make things difficult for you until you do the right thing and just simply refund my reservation. Definitely not a good first impression. To the public just book through the hotels directly!
I was given an untidy, dirty room with health / hygiene issues, broken floor, TV and whatnot in the Sand Castle hotel, Myrtle beach. When I asked for a better room as per the paid amount I was told to vacate as no other room was available - which I did anyway. Hotel mentioned they would refund the unused night but the hotel management was trying to escape any commitment. It was a nightmare with calling the super.com customer support and staying online on chat for hours with another 'partner' Expedia in between. Such a painful experience for a disgusting hotel and pathetic support. We wasted full day of vacation time to get some commitment and a case opened in the support. You guys should be ashamed of how unfriendly your process and system is when it comes to refund. The Hotel must be inspected by Health and hygiene committee of South Carolina and banned for personal stay. I will make sure to put these comments on google reviews for both super.com and Sand Castle hotel.

There's quite a couple problems with this business. 1 THERE'S NO FREE 7DAY TRIAL WITHOUT YOU PAYING FOR THE MEMBERSHIP $14.99 (+) $1.97 FIRST. 2. There are very adamant about you paying first then you will be charged again after the 7 days.
Super.com has a profound failure of customer care, business ethics, and basic responsibility. I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM, only to be told that there was no reservation in my name, and that Super.com has no affiliation with the property. The hotel staff stated that this has happened before with Super.com bookings, indicating a disturbing pattern of deception or poor quality control on your part. From that point, I spent over five hours across three phone calls with your support team, desperately trying to resolve the issue. After much delay, I was told I had been rebooked at a different hotel. I paid for another Uber to get there—only to find there was no reservation there either. Despite my situation—stranded with my daughter in a foreign city—your team refused to find or secure alternate accommodations for us. I was left on my own to locate an Airbnb, which I finally checked into at 9:00 PM. I lost eight hours of my day to this ordeal due to Super.com’s mishandling and lack of accountability. Beyond the wasted time, the experience placed me and my daughter in a potentially dangerous situation, which is completely unacceptable. Throughout this experience, I asked to speak with a supervisor at least six times, and was told each time they were “too busy.” That level of indifference and avoidance only compounded the damage. The fact that your company offered only a Super.com trip credit is frankly insulting and inadequate. Avoid this scam site.

Spent a few days deciding to book a room and then as soon as I went to book it said this room has sold out. Next day, prices higher £87 night but went to book regardless. It asked me to sign in and when I did it said room sold out and the only rooms available are £141 night on all days I searched. I signed out and its showing rooms from £74 to £94 on the days I want. Why advertise rooms that aren't available and prices that are not available? Too scammy for me, will use a professional company..
