Horrible!!
Horrible!!! I paid to be able to cancel my reservation at anytime yet they asked me to reach out to aloft directly and ask for an email stating that they’re willing to refund me. After several calls between super.com and a loss I was able to get aloft to accommodate me and reach out for my refund once they did that super.com did not allow me to get my refund. They wasted my time of trying to get it the way that they asked me to instead of just granting it to me through them. I was unable to get on any flight.
