booked a hotel, they asked if I wanted to upgrade to plus with membership and id get a cheaper price, declined that and paid more. Six days later a charge shows up on my credit card for the membership, no receipts in my email about anything, just started billing me out of the blue. Very dishonest

Company booked me a room with a bed bugs infestation:,couldn’t and would not get me a refund. They aren’t responsible for a motel with years of bed bug issues. I’m allergic to them. They now charge me a fee of $15 for 20 minute stay in a bed bugs capital of the world! Screw this company
