Never used this site before but it was easy to use and book my preferred hotel at good rate. Let's see how smoothly it will go at check-in and check out. Fingers crossed.

Used booking through Super.com - often their price is one of the best available. When plan multiple bookings - often get super+ subscription - helps to take advantage of cash back. Had conflicting situation with them - they were not the best at resolving it, however in the end refunded the disputed stay, and even walked an extra mile for me.

I was reviewing my bank statement and observed 15 USD withdrawals from super.com for both this month and the previous one. I attempted to investigate this issue and found that while booking a hotel on their website, I was enrolled in a membership without my consent, which led to monthly deductions from my account. Such practices are typically fraudulent and are often used to circumvent Article 2 of the credit card company's policies. After spending half an hour navigating their site, I found no contact number for customer support; however, I was able to cancel the membership through the chatbot. If you attempt to cancel directly from your account, the link becomes unresponsive and prevents you from reviewing or canceling. I would not recommend anyone to utilize their site and strongly advise checking your bank statements for any unauthorized withdrawals. 30/07/2025- so you honestly tell your customers that your customer should start paying 15 usd because customer just booked a hotel? Only a fool will take that option. As mention these tricks are there to overcome article 2 of the credit card company as difficult to prove. Eitherways this is the last time I used your site.

Absolute scam. DO NOT USE SUPER.COM. If you have an issue with your accommodations you are SOL. Customer service is awful. Can't even understand them and got the run around for 2 weeks before they told me they would not help me. I ordered a room with 2 beds and got 1. Super.com says too bad. Total scam. Update: internal team got in touch with me via email to tell me once again that they wouldn't be helping me. No phone call, no interest in investigating further.
