SunExpress verlangt Online CheckIn. CheckIn am Flughafen ist kostenpflichtig, lt. Info des Reiseveranstalters 5 €/P. Bei unserer Rückreise aus Antalya hatte ich mindestens 10x per Tablet und Handy vergeblich versucht, per Online einzuchecken. Nach Eingabe aller Personaldaten stockte der Vorgang und es ging nicht weiter. Auch Versuche durch die Gästebetreuung im Hotel scheiterten am selben Punkt. Trotz Mitteilung über diesen offenbaren Softwarefehler wurde dies beim CheckIn am Flughafen nicht anerkannt und 10 € pro Person verlangt. Das ist m.E. reine Abzocke. Ich werde mir künftig sehr gut überlegen, wieder mit SunExpress zu fliegen. Leider ist bei Flügen in die Türkei SunExpress offenbar Marktführer. Notfalls werde ich ggf. künftig ein anderes Urlaubsziel wählen.
Just home from turkey used SunExpress for our last four holidays over two years. Always found staff friendly and helpful on plane, especially this holiday big thumbs up from me.

Horrible app for check-in, better do it online. 400 passengers where switched by them from Brussels to Köln (but with return to Brussels???) , without any mail about it, but thank god I discovered it in time! It costed me half a night sleep to get it right again, but with rotten flight hours. Then twice changing gates AND a 90 minutes delay while already on board! Priority luggage came last at Antalya!! When returning home, again 45 minutes delay! We paid for extra leg room, front seatrow, but those seats were so small, I barely fitted in and couldn't move at all. I'm using a wheelchair , and wasn't allowed to use the front toilet, about 1 meter away from my seat. It was only for the crew. I should have used the one in the back, but I can't walk that far!! Horrible when you gave to go urgently. NEVER again with sun express!!!
What is it to give spouses separate seats at the same time check-in to sell seats? It's a lousy airline.
Wij hebben 7 uur lang in dusseldorf gewacht en laatste moment hebben ze het vlucht geannuleerd!! Dankzij hun hebben we twee dagen van onze duur hotel die we geboekt hebben verloren!!!!
Alles gut gelaufen und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Leider etwas Verspätung beim Anflug
If I could give it a 0 I would. The hardest website I have ever encountered, and yes I do work with computer's on a daily basis. The crew were surly and unpleasant, one even kicked my grandsons ankle as it was slightly in the aisle. We couldn't download our boarding passes for our return and ended up paying 45 euro, still waiting for a response from them 3 months later. AVOID at all costs this airline
Don't believe everything you read. Seats comfortably. Clean tidy. I would suggest pay and sit near front seats give little extra leg room.

The miserable, patronising cow on check ins at Manchester Airport. Talk about a disorganised shambles. The queue was opened by a sunexpress employee so I went to the check in desk i was directed to, when I got there the person behind the desk left, so I headed back to the bloke who said it was open who said to go and get back in the queue. Okay fair enough, can live with that. Then when the new check in staff came out I was directed over to some old hag who's attitude to customer service could curdle vinegar never mind milk. If she couldn't seriously interrupt our holiday, she would have been told where to go there and then. She kept banging on about the online check in which I'd done the night before on the laptop (and received a confirmation email of) but the boarding passes wouldnt open thanks to sun expresses website. Her attitude saying I hadn't done it, when i showed her by going back into it everything was already populated because I had already done it, the boarding passes miraculously appeared on her side. Her response was in the snottiest of tones "there, whats the problem" it's like you're the problem, I suggest she gets reallocated the cleaning out the toilets to match her attitude. The rest of the staff on the plane were all really pleasant, and everyone else who worked for sunexpress came across really pleasant and well mannered but thanks to this individual on check ins we will never fly sunexpress again.
Flight delayed going and coming home from Antalya and long waits for luggage
Kein online Check-In möglich. Auch nicht direkt über die App man kommt einfach nicht weiter. Über den PC versucht da komme ich bis zur Sitzplatzwahl. Kann aber keine kostenfreien Sitzplätze anwählen. Muss 11 € Pro Platz bezahlen sogar für Kinder. Sauerei
Ich fliege gerne mit der SunExpress, keine Probleme bis jetzt! Die Hotline sei es eine Umbuchung oder Sitzplatz Reservierung, die über meine App mal nicht ging. Konnte Problem in der Hotline gelöst und gebucht werden. Check-In verlief auch immer problemlos.

Check in süperviser soo terriable to contack customer which is happen today 27.06.2025 at 17.50 in düsseldorf airport.When I asking to her can you speak english or Türkish two time she never answer me .After that She start argue with another customer.Shaking her finger to customer argueing with him and when say to please be polite to costomer she sad that why are delinin this.than when ask to her give your name please she did not give name and also in rode shape telling me you can complain to any one. Biggest thing She was making mobbing About talkingTürkish.Allthough she is Türk.
Schlafmaske anmelden als Zusatzgepäck geht nur per Telefon, nicht online, dadurch Zusatzkosten auf der Telefonrechnung, da es nur ausländische Telefonnummer gibt. Online Check in nicht möglich, da Zusatzgepäck gebucht wurde, also wieder Anruf bei der Auslands - Hotline. Sitze konnten nur gegen Bezahlung gebucht werden, man benötigt Kreditkarte, also weiterer Anruf deswegen. Für den Rückflug wurde Ticket erstellt, da der Zeitraum zu lang ist, also aus dem Ausland anrufen um das Zusatzgepäck zu buchen, blöd nur, dass das mit einem deutschen Handy aus der Türkei nicht geht. Hatten im Hotel super Gästebetreuung, die das telefonisch möglich machte. Im Flugzeug wurden bei Getränkekauf 7,50 Euro an Gebühren abgerechnet. Ist echte abzocke da man nicht drauf hingewiesen wurde. Buchung bei Sunexpress zu kompliziert und teuer
