Manchester side are a shambles.
The miserable, patronising cow on check ins at Manchester Airport. Talk about a disorganised shambles. The queue was opened by a sunexpress employee so I went to the check in desk i was directed to, when I got there the person behind the desk left, so I headed back to the bloke who said it was open who said to go and get back in the queue. Okay fair enough, can live with that. Then when the new check in staff came out I was directed over to some old hag who's attitude to customer service could curdle vinegar never mind milk. If she couldn't seriously interrupt our holiday, she would have been told where to go there and then. She kept banging on about the online check in which I'd done the night before on the laptop (and received a confirmation email of) but the boarding passes wouldnt open thanks to sun expresses website. Her attitude saying I hadn't done it, when i showed her by going back into it everything was already populated because I had already done it, the boarding passes miraculously appeared on her side. Her response was in the snottiest of tones "there, whats the problem" it's like you're the problem, I suggest she gets reallocated the cleaning out the toilets to match her attitude. The rest of the staff on the plane were all really pleasant, and everyone else who worked for sunexpress came across really pleasant and well mannered but thanks to this individual on check ins we will never fly sunexpress again.
